Sports massage aims to relieve exercise related aches and pain within muscle and soft tissues. Great sports massage leads to less pain, muscle soreness and tightness and less stress.
Our sports massage will be focussed on your needs and those of your body, and your therapy plan will be customised to meet them, and, will include cupping and taping therapy if appropriate.
